The third Project Result (PR) is a multilingual self-assessment tool designed to help teachers recognizing their training needs. The structure of the self-assessment tool was developed by refining the best practices in training and teaching that emerged from PR1, alongside the findings on teachers’ needs from PR2. Through this refinement, various inspiring topics have been identified and associated with practical examples, which teachers can use to guide their initial and in-service self-training. Below is a map of the division of inspiring topics for the 4 project areas.
