The Test aims to assess the performance and user’s satisfaction with the functions of the
EXCIITE HUB. It consists of three types of assessment:
1. Performance assessment: Performance will be assessed according to the user requirements. We would like to assess the performance of a function in terms of its definition in the user requirements. The performance assessment simply tests whether the function works as specified.
2. Users satisfaction: Satisfaction of the Users, Editors and Administrators will be measured using this questionnaire. Details of the required changes are expected.
The evaluation of the user satisfaction is more subjective than the performance assessment. Here the purpose is to find out whether the user finds the function useful.
3. Recommendations: Whilst the Performance Assessment and User Satisfaction assessment will be used by the technical team during the project life, the recommendations will form the basis of post-project improvements for a project team. This is where the users are able to suggest design changes to the system. The changes can be quite general and broad. Include suggestions for quite broad design changes for subsequent versions.
